Our experience has lead us to our project. ATTENTION TO OUR CUSTOMERS: a high quality service can be guaranteed only when the customers’ needs are identified and carefully analysed (needs analysis). We keep the dialogue with our customers open and pay particular attention to their responses (feedback). “Attention” therefore means understanding what the customers really need and develop a tailored path to meet their needs.
